We offer free, no-obligation quotes for replacement equipment and other qualifying services. All quotes and estimates are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance, unless stated otherwise in writing. Quotes are based on the information available at the time of inspection and may be adjusted if unforeseen conditions arise, including but not limited to hidden damage, code compliance requirements, additional parts, or unexpected site conditions. Any changes to the original scope of work will be communicated to you in advance, and your approval will be obtained before proceeding.

5. Appointments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

When you schedule a service appointment, we make every effort to arrive on time and complete work efficiently. We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. While we offer 24/7 emergency service, emergency calls may be subject to additional fees, which will be disclosed before work begins. We reserve the right to charge a service fee for missed appointments or for situations where access to the property is not provided.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs or modifications, acts of nature, power surges, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, please contact us directly with proof of service.
